Welcome to the new website for Washington Speechwriters Roundtable.  Our URL is www.washingtonspeechwriters.com.

Who Are We?  The Washington Speechwriters’s Roundtable is a casual alliance of speechwriters in the Washington, DC area who are interested in professional camaraderie, sharpening skills, sharing resources, and exchanging war stories.

Our members pen the orations of politicians, corporate and association executives, military leaders, federal officials, and university presidents. Some work as freelancers and communications consultants.

We gather for brown bag lunches every couple of months at various locations in Washington, DC. Our members and others frequently pass on information about openings for speechwriter positions, which the Roundtable passes on to those on our mailing list.
