View Article  NOTIFY ME - When New Articles Are Posted

 

You can be notified by email when new articles are added to this site. 

This service is available for both members and the general public.

We recommend you print this page now, since you will be directed away from these instructions during the sign-up process.

Before you start, please be aware:

Creating a notification account does not make you a member of the Roundtable and does not provide access to the Members only sections. For that, please seeRequest Membership

These instructions were revised on 4/24/05.

To be notified when new articles are posted, follow these steps:

1Create an account:

http://www.blogware.com/users/index.cgi/cmd=signup

Fill out the form. Take note of what you enter in the first field - "username." (You may be asked for this later).  For "Display Name: ___" Please use your full name.  Click "Sign Up." Close this browser window.

2. Confirm you account:

Check your email account.

Open a message called "Signup Confirmation" from blogware.com.

Click on the link to confirm your subscription.

A new browser window will open.  You'll see a form where you can identify yourself.  

You can skip this step and click the yellow "LOGOUT" button on the top right.  Close this blogware window.

3. Login to the Washington Speechwriters Website:

 In a new window, open our main webpage  [www.washingtonspeechwriters.com

Enter your login information on the top right (username and password). Click "Log In." 

Note: If you have logged in successfully, in the right column you will see (in red) "You are logged-in, (username)." A "Logout" button will appear below it. 

4. Set Your Notification Preferences:

On the right column, you will now see new  instructions that say "If this is your first successful log-in . . ." 

Click on the link provided.  This takes you to a page where you'll set your notification preferences. (This is a required step).

We recommend:

Receive article email notices:

->  For all articles

Receive comment email notices:

->  Never  

At the bottom, click "Save Changes."
